Founder of MY7N. Based in Greenock, Scotland. Your named point of contact from the first conversation.
MY7N is named for my seven children. Their online safety is the reason this service exists. I built MY7N to give people a clearer understanding of their public information and practical ways to protect their privacy. Your audit receives the personal attention and professional care I would want for my own family.
MY7N is my independent service. You work directly with me. I bring my own experience, judgement and persistence to each digital exposure audit, following overlooked connections and testing assumptions beyond a surface scan. You can contact me directly, or ask your agent, manager, legal adviser or security team to make the first approach. You do not need to disclose a client’s identity to ask how the service works.
My background includes more than 17 years in infrastructure and security roles, including IBM and work across the London Stock Exchange Group estate through Tata Consultancy Services. That experience informs MY7N’s focus on careful investigation, documented evidence and clear priorities.
These organisations are part of my career background. Their names do not imply that they are MY7N clients, endorse this service, or certify MY7N.

I don’t take on investigations for multiple clients at once. For the duration of your investigation, my focus is on you. You speak directly with me, and I personally carry out the work. If I’m already engaged, there is a waiting list; I discuss availability before you commit.
I rely on private word of mouth, rather than publishing testimonials or client stories. Respect for privacy extends beyond the investigation itself. Even an anonymous quote can contain enough context for someone to work out who it describes. I don’t ask clients to trade that privacy for public proof of my work.
If your advisers need to discuss my background, engagement terms or how information will be handled, raise those questions before sharing a sensitive brief. An initial enquiry can use an adviser’s name and general concern.
